Irish Cream Coffee Pops

In celebration of St. Patrick’s Day, we’ve prepared Irish cream coffee pops!
Mix all ingredients (except for the liqueur) in a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Stir and remove from heat when well mixed. Transfer to a container and let cool in the fridge for 1 hour or until chilled.
Remove from fridge and stir in the Irish cream liqueur. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and place in the freezer overnight. Enjoy responsibly!
